Terms of Service

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of theprintersetup.com and to services provided by AV Cloud LLC (“AV Cloud”, “we”, “us”) under the name The Printer Setup. By using the website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Business customers only

Our services are offered only to businesses and other organizations. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business and are authorized to request services for it. We do not provide services to consumers or home users, and we may decline any request that does not meet this requirement.

2. Independent provider

AV Cloud is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorized by any printer manufacturer. Manufacturer names and trademarks on our website are used only to identify the equipment we work on and belong to their respective owners. Our services do not replace any manufacturer warranty, and work by a third party may affect a manufacturer warranty. Please check your warranty terms before requesting service.

3. Quotes and scope of work

A quote request through our website is not a contract. We will provide a written quote describing the work, schedule and price. Services are agreed only when you accept a written quote. Any changes to the scope must be agreed in writing and may change the price.

4. Scheduling and access

You agree to give our technicians safe access to your premises and equipment at the agreed time, and to have an authorized person available. If access is not available, we may charge for the missed visit as stated in your quote.

5. Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit, invoicing schedule and accepted payment methods, are set out in your written quote or invoice. We do not take payment through this website.

6. Your data and equipment

You are responsible for backing up any data stored on printers or connected systems before service. We are not responsible for loss of data stored on equipment we service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AV Cloud’s total liability arising from any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption.

8. Website use

Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice. You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, unless the law of your location requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed.
